Here We Go: NOT Usable

Consumerist had a link to farecompare.com.

So I went online to look for some tickets for my family.

Except that the fare searcher won't let me see flights TO my nearest airport.

I'm supposed to think, "Oh, cool, you've got a google mashup." Except the damn javascript based page will only let me see airports up to "O" AND makes me tab through the cities one by one to get to "O". (God forbid I reload when a page errors -- I get dumped back to Aberdeen - Bakersfield.)

Argh.

Does NO ONE do usability testing with REAL PEOPLE and not members of the damn development team?
