Struggling...

Even though I know not to look back, it's still very hard to walk away from 7 years of involvement in my previous job.

Incredibly difficult to see the projects you spent so much time on change in ways you wouldn't necessarily choose.

There's a (in)famous story about the ET Atari games -- buried in the dessert by the ton. As hard as it is to walk away, at least I'm not looking back on something like that. I feel like I left behind work I'm proud of. Which is what makes it so hard to see it change.
