Ack, Don't DO That

So today, iGoogle changed.

Specifically the top tabs (I liked the top tabs) are suddenly nested side tabs.

Except the change was startling enough, esp. with a slow load time (it loaded up blue instead of white, the whole screen in blue), and Google has (*cough* um... can right-click-open-in-new-window please stop being blocked by the Google Toolbar? Please? Thanks.) broken enough stuff before that I honestly thought, "Oh no, they broke it."

It doesn't seem super broken, and I think the flipping back and forth to gmail will be easier, but I wish they had done the whole "try igoogle in beta" thing.

Of course, isn't all of Google always officially in Beta?
