Train Me, Baby
I'm in a training class next week.
It's on customer service (no, I wasn't singled out).
It's sort of obvious from this blog that I have some very set ideas on what exactly good customer service means.
Here's hoping the class goes well.

I hope your instructor/trainer is open-minded enough to learn from you, because s/he needs to bring a notebook with you in this class!
(Maybe we could get a law passed that anyone who wants a job in customer service must be YAG-certified...?)
