Weather.com Strikes Again

A long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away I posted about Weather.com. Well, they're back.

Behold! Click the story, "Wacky Winter," and see the article in all its pop-up glory.

Except

1. The pop-up is too small to hold the story
2. The pop-up is size frozen -- you CANNOT click the corner to make it bigger
3. The pop-up contents is visual and cannot be seen nor navigated from the pop-up window
4. The pop-up looks like a normal link, but is a script based pop-up... so if you regularly shift/right/option/command/open-apple/puppyfoot/etc. click links to open them in a new tab/window the link completely and utterly fails to work. (Normally these give you an error window, this one just fails to do anything.

Is there some way to require that every school that teaches design make people read ONE of the following... at least a chapter? Stop the insanity! Think of the user!
