This Is How I Get Better At What I Do?

Today (and yes, I know it's Saturday night) I modified a service level agreement (SLA) for a meeting.

I had never even seen one before.

Doing new stuff always makes me anxious.

It's done now and the email is sent.

Either I screwed it up or I didn't. Either way I will know more for the *next* time.
