* Four years of web development experience.
* Proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and experience using Adobe web development tools including Dreamweaver and Photoshop or Fireworks.
* Experience developing dynamic database driven web sites and applications using ColdFusion and MS SQL or Oracle databases.
* Experience with XML, Java, Flash and ActionScript a plus.
Experience with SharePoint is desirable
* Knowledge of content management systems, web analytics and search engines a plus.
* Should be familiar with developing to Section 508 standards.
