This is why blog readers leave...

I've been reading the New Scientist RSS feed for a few months.

Today I'm confronted on http://www.newscientist.com/article.ns?id=dn12374&feedId=online-news_rss20 with this, "To continue reading this article, subscribe to New Scientist. Get 4 issues of New Scientist magazine and instant access to all online content for only USD $4.95."

Sorry, no, that's not why I subscribe to blogs....

It's much more financially sound for me to just click the little x that will delete the feed from my news reader. Anything earth shattering will eventually be picked up by someone else....
