Oh, Google...Not Again

This am, open Google Docs, click on a link to one of my files (which Google Docs insists on opening in a new window, and uses Javascript to force, so I can't right-click and open in a new tab instead)....

only to be told, "Popup blocked by Google Toolbar."

Don't you people ever TALK?
