Success is not gained through fear of a foul mouth. Respect, yes, important. I don't happen to think that throwing things and yelling profanity gains you respect... it certainly doesn't inspire your people to do anything but cringe.

A career shouldn't be an endless trip through a prisoner-of-war labor camp.
