I Am Brave
There are two things I hate doing
a)Calling people. My general assumption is that they have better things to do than take my call. Well, except for...
b)Sales people. Dealing with them. Mostly b/c I have NEVER been in a position of just being able to buy something b/c it sounded good. (Who runs a business that way? "Here, IT Gal, go buy whatever you want, whenever you want!")
I did both of these all day long, gracefully (I hope).
Leaving voicemails with a forced grin...
*sigh*

I'm with you on both counts. I will almost always send an email first, and only call if I don't get a reply within a few days.
I hang up or send sales people to my own voice mail all the time. They never leave a message, and I really don't care. I don't want to talk to a salesperson until I ready to order.
Caller ID is a sales guy's worst enemy!
