Job: California (State) - Web Communications Analyst

The Web Communications Analyst will support projects and initiatives that contribute to the Administrative Office of the Court's branchwide online communications strategy. With an emphasis on contributing to web communications projects and working in a cross-disciplinary environment, the Web Communications Analyst serves as a journey-level analyst in creating and producing online informational resources for both the public and court administrators.DUTIES:-Provides expert input and guidance to support large-scale site redesign and content development projects.-Designs and prototypes online user interactions and recommends improvements to both new and existing online tasks.-Provides usability and web communications consulting to numerous stakeholders and content providers throughout the agency.-Works in a cross-disciplinary and collaborative environment to solve complex information design issues.-Conducts site usage analytics using WebTrends Analytics tool. Analyzes user traffic and makes recommendations for optimizing both site navigation and content development.-Develops ongoing user testing protocols and page prototypes.-Contributes to developing workflows and processes for implementing and scaling an enterprise Content Management System (CMS).
