So Much Explained

I have had customer service experiences with seven of the corporations on the right in the last two months. It would be eight, but I specifically try NOT to shop at Wal-Mart. (Why? Ethics? No. Crappy stuff? No. Union? No. Bad experience every time? Yes!)
I'm counting, and yes, I was misinformed and/or overcharged in five of the seven encounters.
