User Experience? Why Bother?


When a marketing blogger sneaks a digital camera into a post-Christmas Kohl's you get to see what it looks like when the customer truly doesn't matter.

Stores that allow themselves to look like this, any business that treats customers this way, needs to go borrow the book above from the library. (Don't bother with the sequel, not nearly as good.)
