I have seen so many of these!
I have seen so many of these!
- View each person's decision making as unimportant
- View uncertainty as a negative
- Shoot the messenger / Filter bad news
- Don't bring risks forward unless you have the solution
- Ignore business, markering, HR issues
- Be risk averse
- Make decisions on emotions, not logic
- Make committments without detemining the probability of success
- Be reactive
- Reward heroes (Pretend that enough OT will fix anything, reward people for putting out fires, not for preventing them.)
