From the class I just took....

I have seen so many of these!

1. View each person's decision making as unimportant


2. View uncertainty as a negative


3. Shoot the messenger / Filter bad news


4. Don't bring risks forward unless you have the solution


5. Ignore business, markering, HR issues


6. Be risk averse


7. Make decisions on emotions, not logic


8. Make committments without detemining the probability of success


9. Be reactive


10. Reward heroes (Pretend that enough OT will fix anything, reward people for putting out fires, not for preventing them.)
