I just used some of those conflict management skills I learned in HR training.

I'm not sure I used them CORRECTLY.

But I actually did the thing where two people were arguing, I asked for a time out, reiterated each ones point back to them, said explicitly that I heard where they were coming from, and that I would work on a solution w/ the sys admin (unfortunately, not in the room.)

I think the bad part is that part of my mind was evilly giggling at me and pointing and calling me names.
