So, in Project Management they talk about Gathering Requirements from your Stakeholders before you begin a project.

Well, this one's been finished *twice*.... b/c the Stakeholders keep changing. If the Stakeholder leaves, and a new one comes in, and the new one doesn't want the same thing as the first one...or the second one...
