Stop enabling your members in stupidity and then punishing others for it.

Today I had someone report a mailing list as SPAM -5- times.

A mailing list that is opt-in ONLY with double confirm AND that they had been getting daily emails from since September. They decided they were tired of the mail, so they reported it as SPAM.

This is not SPAM. Show your users how to unsubscribe from things and stop enabling this bad habit.

And when you do enable it, don't allow them to rate a source as SPAM accross your systems!
